Steve “Mr. Pineapple”
Steve makes the “Pineapple Jump” in the Old district of Frankfurt.
I met Steve “Mr. Pineapple” at the Frankfurt Book fair in October 2022.
Steve Mathieu is an influencer with 100 K followers on Instagram: @the_pineapple_theory and he writes books that can be read like a collection of articles, words of wisdom and personal experiences.
On LinkedIn I discovered that Steve was looking for a Photographer as he was planning to travel to Germany, more precisely Frankfurt and we started to connect online.
To my pleasure Steve answered positively to my offer and I had the chance to join him at the book fair and produce a reportage, while he was attending to his book stand and interacting with people, selling books and signing autographs.
Later we explored the city, enjoying the local food and drinks while Steve was carrying his symbol: The Pineapple!
Effectively Steve explains that we are like a Pineapple, we have a “Crown”, a “Shell” and an “inner Sweetness”, he shows the importance of protecting ourselves from bad interaction.
We need to “recharge our emotional batteries” and we have to “remain positively curious”.
“To lead without authority requires to be inspiring”.
Needless to say, I enjoyed every minute spent next to Steve, he is a very organized and easy going person and it was such a fun experience to get to know him.
To me Steve is more than a good coach, he is a true human being that inspires me when I need to be a better person, he is the embodiment of Mindfulness and a great example that positive human to human interaction can bring us to a better place.
